2 bedroom prestige plus spec caravan with large veranda and seaviews located on Apple Grove so ideally situated for complex and beach
Fully double glazed and central heated, front opening French double doors on to fully enclosed gated veranda with patio table and chairs.
We are child friendly and we can supply at no additional cost if needed, a high chair, travel cot and child's plastic plates, bowls and cups etc, we do also supply for your use whilst at the caravan several DVDs.
Lounge - There is ample contemporary free standing furniture, flat screen TV, DVD Player, Coffee table with upholstered cube stools and gas fire.
Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans. Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use.
Dining Area - Is spacious with free-standing table and 6 chairs.
Bedrooms - The caravan has a main double bedroom with room at the end of the bed for a travel cot if needed, also ensuite wc and sink. Twin bedroom with beds that can be pushed together to create double bed. Sleeps 6 in total using bed settee in lounge.
All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows.
Please bring your own tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.
Bathroom - Fully fitted double shower with glass sliding door, toilet and wash basin with overhead mirrored cabinet.
Veranda - Wrap around gated veranda with table and chairs with closeable gate and seaviews
Situation - The caravan is situated on Apple grove with seaviews. 2 mins to the beach and 3 mins to complex. Large grass area in front of the caravan ideal for children to play.
