Luxury 13 foot wide two bedroom platinum caravan is located on sunset view area of Devon cliffs. This caravan is a beautiful spec caravan with spacious open plan kitchen and lounge design. Features double glazing, central heating, veranda and private parking. There is now FREE WIFI inthe caravan

There is a comfortable lounge area with plenty of seating and has French doors that lead out onto a large gated Veranda with seaviews and patio furniture for you to enjoy alfresco dining.

KITCHEN - Open plan design with centre island, wine rack and additional worktop space. Oven with grill and 4 ring gas hob. All utensils that you should need are provided for you to use whilst on holiday. Microwave and integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher.

LOUNGE - Large spacious lounge with ‘L’ shaped fixed seating area with plenty of seating for guests to enjoy the views from the front. This caravan also has a pull out sofa bed. There is also French doors that lead directly onto a large gated veranda area with outdoor table and chairs to further enjoy the seaviews and also peace and quiet of the sunset view area.

BEDROOMS - The main bedroom features a king size bed and spacious bedroom with wardrobe and dressing table. There is also a tv and DVD player in the main bedroom and also space for a travel cot. There is also an ensuite shower room with wc and sink. The twin room is also of generous size and features a tv and DVD player also. To sleep the 6 guests there is also a sofa bed in the lounge.

FAMILY SHOWER ROOM - There is a large double shower with sliding enclosure, toilet and sink basin.

LOCATION - Located on the popular Sunset View area which is very quiet and peaceful allowing you to enjoy your holiday.
