This beautiful 3 bedroom platinum spec caravan with amazing seaviews is located in a prime position which is close to complex and not too far from the beach either on Gorse Hill is available to hire at Haven Devon Cliffs, Sandy Bay, Exmouth. Great location with spectacular views. This caravan is pet friendly
A full inventory can be found in the caravan ensuring you have the best holiday. It is well loved and cared for by its private owner.
There is a private parking space at the side of the caravan with a further 2 spaces directly in front of the veranda.
Lounge - There is ample seating, flat screen tv, DVD player, coffee table and gas fire, PlayStation, Wii consoles and games to keep the family entertained.
Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan and full fridge freezer. All utensils are provided including all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.
Dining Area - Is a separate dining table and chairs.
Bedrooms - The main bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe. The other rooms have 2 x twin beds which can be pushed together to create double beds. Also bed settee in the lounge. Sleeps up to 8. The twin bedrooms have TVs in them one of which has a DVD player connected, great for some bedtime movies.
The caravan comes with duvets and pillows for the beds but you must bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases unless the linen option is purchased.
Bed linen is not provided but we are able to provide linen and beds made up for your arrival at a small additional cost if required.
Please also bring with you tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.
Bathroom - Fully fitted shower with glass sliding door and wash basin and wc.
WC - There is an additional toilet and wash basin. 2 toilets in this caravan.
Situation - The caravan is situated on Gorse Hill close to complex. A great location with amazing views.
The keys for the caravan are in a key safe located at the caravan and you will be issued with the key code prior to your holiday so no queuing at reception. Check in is 1pm and check out time is 10am on the day of departure.
