Our 2019 Platinum level caravan is available to rent on Devon Cliffs Holiday park, situated in a desirable close location to all of the parks facilities, approx. 3 min walk to the main complex and a 3 min walk to the beach, Elms Area of the park, our caravan comes complete with patio doors onto an 8ft decking patio, with sea views. Private parking space directly next to the van, and several designated parking bays opposite, FREE WIFI* is provided in the caravan

Our ABI St David Platinum has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 2 twin bedded rooms with a main bathroom

The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, full size fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster and all cutlery, and dining sets

We have a TV in the lounge with a DVD player, and a TV in the main bedroom and in both of the twin rooms, all with built in DVD players, so each guest can watch their own tv in their own space

Our caravan is fully double glazed and centrally heated, and also benefits from a gas fire in the lounge

There is a shower room with a toilet and sink, and an en-suite toilet to the main bedroom - perfect for the larger families

All priced include bed linen and a set of towels for each guest so no need to bring extra items and take up that all important suitcase space ;) We provide a travel cot but we do not provide linen for this

We also provide tea towels and cloths and washing up liquid, and complimentary dishwasher tablets

We aim to beat the price you will be offered by Haven directly, plus you have the benefit of knowing exactly where you are staying on park and there is no need to queue for keys as they will be in a key safe waiting for your arrival for your holiday

Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities, for details of costs please ask, without passes, access is restricted to the beach, Spar shop, and the South Beach Cafe, but there is plenty to do within a short drive/bus ride if you would like a different kind of break, please print off and fill in the form below if you wish to purchase passes (you will need to copy and paste into your browser)

BOOKING TERMS
We take a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this is to reserve your selected date, and will be taken off the cost of your balance, full payment for the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date, a reminder email will be sent to you before the final payment is due
If after your 8 weeks has lapsed and you have failed to make your final balance your holiday will be cancelled and no monies paid will be refunded

On your final payment (8weeks before arrival date) we ask you to pay an additional £100 for a security bond, this is for loss or damage to the van during your stay, and for any damage to belongings inside, this includes all of the van and please note also includes damage to the veranda/decking area and seating area. Once an inspection has happened on the day of your departure, trusting everything is as you found the caravan, your security bond will be reimbursed to you within 7 days

By booking our caravan you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred by any member of your party inc guests

3 night minimum stay Friday-Monday,
4 night stay, Monday- Friday,
7 night stay Saturday- Saturday, Friday-Friday, (please ask if you wish to have a different 7 day break)
Please ask for shorter stays as in quieter times we will be happy to help

Our caravan is cleaned by a private cleaning company and will be professionally cleaned for your arrival

Strictly a non smoking or vaping caravan and sadly due to allergies we cannot accept pets

In line with the sites policy we cannot accept same sex bookings

COVID-19 2020
Due to the current changes with the current pandemic the world are in with COVID-19, all updates will be given to you as soon as we receive them from Haven, no passes are able to be purchased for the Entertainment or complex as from May 2020 unless Government Guidelines change between your initial booking and your arrival date - Takeaways will be open for takeaway only, as will laundrettes and the complex shop with restrictions (updated as of May 2020)

Cleaning of the van is personally done by ourselves and our business dustingdaisies.com, a professional cleaning company, and we will be ensuring all guidelines are being followed, we have also passed the COVID-19 Cleaning requirements

A full refund will be given ONLY if the park closes again on government advice inc the initial deposit

Should you have to self isolate, or any other quarantine rulings, please message and we can discuss the options available with you

We would advise you seek personal insurance for your own protection and for cancellation purposes
